According to the specification standards, clockwise rotation is considered to be tight fitting; Rotate counterclockwise to release. (In rare cases, the opposite is true)
A straight screwdriver can be applied to cross screws. But cross screws have strong resistance to deformation.
Maintenance measures:
(1) The blade of a screwdriver must be ground correctly, and the two sides of the blade should be as parallel as possible. If the blade is conical, it is easy for the blade to slide out of the screw slot when turning the screwdriver.
(2) The head of the screwdriver should not be ground too thin or into any shape other than square.
(3) Be particularly careful when grinding a screwdriver on a grinding wheel, as it may cause the blade of the screwdriver to become soft due to overheating. Wear goggles during grinding.
